Concord Pacific Developments Inc. is Canada’s largest master-planned community builder. It was formed in 1987 to develop Concord Pacific Place on the former Expo lands in downtown Vancouver, Canada.
Concord has not only transformed the Concord Pacific Place Vancouver skyline, the Group also built the second largest master-planned community, Concord CityPlace in Toronto (Concord Adex), in addition to other communities of scale across the country with expansion also to London, United Kingdom and Seattle, United States. Over the past 30 years, The Concord Group of companies has also diversified into business sectors such as: software and information technology, telecommunications, and green energy projects in solar, wind and hydroelectric power generation.
We are looking for a Administrative Assistant to assist with the administrative tasks of our Customer Care team.
Duties:
Perform day-to-day office tasks and the clerical and administrative support. The duties include:
- Word processing and typing data into a database
- Filing records, sorting mails, sending and receiving faxes,
- Answering telephone calls, replying emails and relaying messages.
- Photocopying and collating
- Updating information and keeping records
- Scheduling appointment
- Restocking supplies
Requirements:
- Education and work experience in the field of real estates, legal assistant, paralegal, or accounting preferred
- Computer skills: Advanced knowledge in Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat and other software programs from MS Office Suite
- Ability to proactively follow up on cases to attain full resolution with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communications skills and excellent with client services
- Language in English, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) in preference
- Clerical / administrative skills
- A very detailed oriented person and always strive for precision, efficiency and accuracy
- Flexibility to occasionally work extended hours and weekends
- Awareness this is an on-site role
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and be located in Vancouver and able to work on-site
