Admissions Clerk

The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a dynamic, outgoing and highly detailed individual to join our team in the role of an Admissions Clerk. Reporting directly to the Director of Admissions, the Admissions Clerk will be responsible for inputting student data, advising prospective families with respect to school programs, and admission/registration procedures. In addition, they will be participating at various events to promote enrolment.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the Director of Admissions with regards to inquiries and applications.
Setup assessments and interviews for applicants.
Undertake daily administrative tasks as assigned such as filing, data entry, documentation tracking.
Consult with prospective families and deliver program information.
Carefully set up student profiles into the existing database.
Organize student files and work closely with Student Records staff.
Communicate with Principals as needed.
Organize, set up and attend admissions events such as open houses and assessment days.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience
Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Experience working as part of a team.
Ability to take initiative and complete tasks as assigned.
Previous experience in an Admissions office is desirable.
Strong computer skills including a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
