Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various structures. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed successfully.

Responsibilities:
– Develop architectural designs and plans based on client requirements and specifications of agricultural land
– Communicating with government agencies.
– Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues or concerns

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
– Proven experience working as an Architect in a professional setting

– Ability to sketch ideas quickly and effectively communicate design concepts

-familiar agricultural zoning and regulations
– Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
– Proficient in both Chinese and English with strong communication skills

Pay: $27.20-$50.00 per hour
