Dilawri Group of Companies is currently looking to fill a position of a BDC Representative.
Essential Duties:
Book service appointments that maximize each retail service department’s available hours to sell. You will make outbound calls to existing customers for service appointment configuration, after service follow-up and other special programs directed by the BDC Manager.
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly goals as established by the BDC manager and maintaining current knowledge of all Service and Parts marketing initiatives and product offering.
Ensure mobility needs for all service customers are fulfilled within established guidelines and available resources.
Capture and update customer contact information as per established guidelines and respond to all email and voicemail messages within established guidelines.
Other duties assigned by manager.
All successful applicants must possess the following qualities:
Previous outbound call center experience.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to exceed customer expectations.
Strong negotiation and sales abilities with a drive to produce results.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base.
Pleasant telephone demeanor.
Computer Skills – MS Word (intermediate), MS Excel (intermediate), Outlook (intermediate), One-Eighty (proficiency).
Ability to conduct business in English/Cantonese/Mandarin is considered an asset.
