A well-established manufacturing company in Langley is currently seeking a Bilingual English and Mandarin speaking Internal Sales Coordinator.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Internal Sales Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Manager and be the main point of contact between customers and their production team. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and fluency in both verbal and written English and Mandarin.
ABOUT THE POSITION
In this role, your responsibilities include but not limited to:
Support and liaise between customers and production team
Facilitate orders between the sales and production team to ensure orders are prioritized and fulfilled in a timely manner
Sourcing new vendors
Maintain communication with existing vendors
Update vendor lists, product information and purchase order record
Scheduling sample requests
Provide various administrative support related to purchasing
Other ad hoc duties as needed
THE REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in Mandarin
Must have minimum 1 year of experience in a food manufacturing or a trade company with various product mix
Must have minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, customer service (business to business), order desk, OR manufacturing planning
Strong customer service skill
Proficient with MS Word and Excel
Post secondary education in business, food science or marketing
Attention to detail
COMPENSATION
$38,000 – $45,000 per year
