Mustel Group, a BC-based social and marketing research company is looking for 2-3 Bilingual interviewers to administer brief market research surveys using a tablet near Commercial and Broadway. The research is expected to commence in late February and will run for approximately 7 – 10 days. Shifts will be 4 to 6 hours in length.
Duties:
- Approach people to conduct a brief survey by tablet
- Read scripted interview questions and record answers verbatim
- Meet expectations for flow rate (completes per hour) and quality, incorporating any coaching suggestions from supervisors
- Send daily report of completed surveys via telephone or online reporting system
- Maintain confidentiality of data gathered
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese
- Articulate, professional and pleasant demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
