Bookkeeper
We are a CPA firm located in Richmond seeking an individual to join our small team to perform bookkeeping, payroll and general administrative duties. Candidate should be able to work independently with good communication skills and attention to detail.
Job responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping
- Payroll
- Reconcile bank accounts
- GST/PST/WCB/CRA remittances
- Prepare tax returns
- Prepare financial statements
- Responding to general inquiries
Computer Skills:
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- QuickBooks and Sage 50 would be an asset
Qualifications / skills / experience:
- At least 3 years experience in bookkeeping preferably in a public practice firm
- Post-secondary education in accounting or bookkeeping
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese, and English
Compensation:
- Competitive based on qualifications and experience
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday business hours
