Full Job Description
We are a wholesale distributor of food and agriculture products. Currently looking for one full time Bookkeeper and office admin clerk position.
Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Calculate and prepare cheque for payroll
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Prepare trial balance of books
- Reconcile accounts
- Answer/direct phone calls in professional manner.
- Respond/direct emails from company email inquiries.
- Completing Sales Orders, this includes generating invoice/packing slip,
- Speaking mandarin
Qualifications:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent English language skills.
* Detail oriented.
*Familiar with QuickBooks
* Multi-task and work quickly and efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Experience:
