Brand Ambassador

Acer Gaming has recently partnered with the Winking Corporation to help introduce Winking’s game art and development to a wider market here in North America. Winking Corporation is one of the largest Art Outsourcing and Game Development studios today. Clients of Winking Corporation Art Outsourcing and Game Development services include 18 of the top 25 game publishers around the globe.

We are currently seeking a Brand Ambassador, responsible for promoting our organization’s products and services. Duties include answering the public’s questions about our organization and its offerings, developing and establishing industry presence, business relationships, and reporting to industry contacts about both existing game art, and game development products from Winking. The Brand Ambassador will be attending this year’s upcoming XDS 2022 (External Development Summit) event in Vancouver, Canada on September 7th-9th, 2022. Established in 2013, External Development Summit (XDS) is the only annual, international games industry event with a primary focus on external development for art, animation, audio, software engineering, QA and localization.

This is a temporary position that has the possibility of becoming permanent as a part of Winking Corporation’s Game Art Business Development Team after the event has concluded.

Responsibilities:

· Develop the cooperation business of North American and European Game Art firms and customers, establish, and maintain stable partner relationships.

· Represent the company by attending the exhibition, meeting customers, and collecting industry information during the trade show.

· Organize and file various contracts of business affairs, coordinate and follow up the payment collection of business projects

· Be responsible for feedback and communication between customers and internal business leaders.

· Able to provide a detailed and comprehensive competitive analysis report

· Strictly abide by the company’s confidentiality agreement

· Advise potential clients and partners about content marketing campaigns and product positioning

· Able to convert product details into viable content marketing strategies

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:

· More than one-year working experience in the game development industry, with customer service experience preferred.

· Excellent business negotiation ability, a strong ability to sense business opportunities, good logical ability, and data analysis skills.

· Being proactive with strong execution and market development ability. Excellent teamwork spirit and dedication.

· Residence in Canada, Fluent in English (multilingual in French and/or Mandarin is a plus but not necessary)

· Bachelor’s or associate degree is preferred, but not necessary.

· Outgoing and willing to communicate with others.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 days

Pay: $50.00-$75.00 per hour
