We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst who will initially embed as a Customer Service Representative, gaining hands-on experience in our order-to-cash process. This role will expand to include direct involvement in our ERP implementation project, acting as a project manager and compiler of key information. The ideal candidate will develop a thorough understanding of our sales, warehousing, and logistics operations, contributing to both customer experience and efficiency improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Customer Service Representative for approximately half a year to one year, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the order-to-cash process, including sales, warehousing, and logistics functions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements across the order-to-cash workflow.
- Collaborate with various departments to organize information for ERP implementation.
- Act as a project manager for the ERP project, assisting with scheduling, coordination, and task management.
- Compile and analyze data to support ERP integration, training, and process improvements.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and training materials for ERP users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Native English fluency and eligibility for full time employment in BC.
- Experience in customer service, business analysis, or project management.
- Understanding of the order-to-cash process and willingness to develop expertise in sales, warehousing, and logistics.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and implementation (experience with Sage, Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with manufacturing or supply chain industry practices.
- Working fluency in Spanish, French, or Mandarin Chinese.
- Ability to travel to the US for short work trips.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
