We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team! Job Title: Business Development Representative

No experience in HVAC is required. But, if you have a passion for generating leads, driving sales, people, customer service, and you are willing to learn – this is the place for you! Training will be provided and we are happy to help you become successful – at work and outside work. If you are honest and passionate about anything you do in life and great at sales, I would love to speak with you. In this role, you will be responsible for sales and business development in the Air Quality Testing, HVAC, duct cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning world. Up for the task?

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generating leads, providing quotes, closing deals in commercial and residential establishments.
• Being Pro-Active in daily tasks and schedules.
• Creating a true connection with each customer and establishing a solid relationship foundation on behalf of Modern PURAIR.
• Working with honesty and integrity.
• Maintaining a positive appearance and performance of tasks to the high standards of a premium service
• Identifying opportunities for sales and lead generation within the industry.
• Providing quotes, assessing job requirements and preparing/submitting reports
• Interacting with customers to provide explanations & guidance to what we do and how we do it
• Delivering quotes for HVAC services and Air Quality Testing in residential and commercial sites
• Operating and maintaining of equipment/materials used
• Utilization of standardized Modern PURAIR procedures, software and technology
• Ability to be a team player and thrive in dynamic coaching situations
• Following the PURAIR Way (our proven systems/procedures for being successful)
• Showing up to work on-time in your clean, company provided uniform
• Performing walkthroughs with our clients to provide accurate job quotes
• Creating deals that generate revenue and set our technicians up for success
• Educating our clients on our services so they can properly make decisions
• Using our software to invoice clients off a company provided iPhone/iPad

Salary: $35,000 base salary + high performance commissions

• Monday – Saturday
• 8-hour shifts

Supplemental pay types:

• Base Salary
• Spiffs for hitting targets and 5 *customer reviews.
