Job Responsibilities: *
Reaching out for potential customers to establish , develop and maintain professional relationship with them.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and find solutions through our products and services.
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
Keep records of work and record useful information.
Manage to achieve and exceed planned KPI
Qualifications: *
High school diploma is required and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience working in related aspects. Priority will be given to applicants with sales experiences in IT services and products.
Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is important due to the nature of our business. Cantonese speaking ability is an asset.
Good interpersonal skills such as telemarketing skills, communication skills, active listening and customer care.
Previously established sales relationship with local companies is preferred.
Familiar with the Internet industry with relevant offline promotion experience
Local merchant resources in Vancouver is an asset
