Title of the Position: Business Systems Manager (Computer and Related Services)
NOC: 20012 – Computer and information systems managers
Type of Employment: Permanent and Full-time (35 hours per week)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Wage: $55 CAD/hour (Annual wage $100,100 CAD)
Main Job Duties:
Oversee the implementation and integration of marketing technologies, such as ad management platforms, data analytics tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Collaborate with clients to develop customized online performance marketing strategies that align with their specific product offerings, target markets, and brand positioning.
Plan, execute, and monitor online marketing campaigns, including paid search ads and paid feeds ads.
Manage the implementation, utilize data analytics tools and conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics and optimization of product feeds for clients.
Oversee the integration and management of marketing technologies for clients.
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers, such as advertising platforms, agencies, and technology vendors.
Manage a team of marketing professionals responsible for executing various aspects of the online performance marketing strategy.
Recruit and supervise computer analysts, engineers, technicians and oversee their professional development and training.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in online performance marketing.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
A university degree in engineering
10+ years of experience in related industry
5+ years of managing team of 5+ people
Working in named internet company is preferred.
Experience to serve FMCG client is preferred.
Highly organized, strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills
Great leadership skills and ability to inspire the team
Be technically competent with good attitude
Good English communication skills
Mandarin Chinese language skills is a plus
