As a receptionist, you are first point of contact for the organization. Your strong interpersonal skills are integral in providing a first-class customer experience.
Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Screen and forward incoming phone calls;
- Agent recruiting by calling and emailing;
- Provide information to customers and realtors as required;
- Maintain employee and departmental directories;
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers;
- Clerical duties such as filing, labeling and copying;
- Compile daily deposit;
- Assist various departments as required.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years local experience in reception, administration or customer service;
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin or Cantonese;
- Superior phone etiquette. Cold call experience is a bonus;
- Knowledge of customer service principles and general office procedures;
- Outstanding Microsoft Office/Google Skills including Word/Doc, Excel/Sheet and Outlook;
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and work under pressure;
- Hard work, and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Compensation:
- Base Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience;
- Office Performance Bonus.
