Car Salesperson

Strong self-starting salesperson needed for a busy Car Dealership in Richmond. At the moment we will accept part-time or full-time, as long as you are producing numbers. We need someone who is aggressive with leads, doesn’t wait for business to come to them and follows up on every customer. Compensation can be easily negotiated with the right individual, so can hours and availability. Our dealership does roughly 20-40 retail a month, 2-3 sales staff only, lots of leads and opportunities per salesperson. Resumes to be emailed for application

****Your Responsibilities****

*Understanding your customers’ needs and interests and matching them to the most appropriate car

*Explaining the features and benefits of each car while comparing them to others competitively

*Using a test drive as a sales opportunity to showcase the vehicles features

*Get to know your customer, building rapport helps to sell

*Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them

****You are Required to****

*Driver’s License is mandatory `

*Vehicle Sales Authority Licensed

* Experience in motor vehicle sales.

*A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.

*Mandarin or Cantonese beneficial but not mandatory

*Competitive and Sales hungry.

*Likes to earn money

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
