You will need to:
· Be physically fit and clean cut
· Own your own CSA steel toe/sole work boots
· Well organized with a good attitude and willing to learn
· Follow instructions well
· Attention to detail
· Have some carpentry experience
· Not be afraid to get your hands dirty
· Have good time management skills
· Be a TEAM player with some experience managing a small group
· Be serious about a career in construction
