Position Overview:
As a Certified Dental Assistant at Orthologie, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our orthodontists and ensuring our patients receive top-notch care throughout their treatment journey. - We are looking for a Full-Time Certified Dental Assistant who would be open to taking the Ortho module in the future.
- This is a full-time position. Shifts are Monday to Friday, typically between 8:45am-5:45pm.
- Candidates will need to work at either our Vancouver or Richmond office locations. Vancouver Address is 2425 Oak St #220, Vancouver. Richmond address is 5951 No. 3 Rd #320, Richmond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist orthodontists during patient procedures
- Prepare and sanitize dental rooms between patients to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
- Educate patients about their treatment plans and oral hygiene practices.
- Capture clinical photographs and 3D scans of patients’ teeth.
- Document treatment notes for appointments
- Collaborate with the administrative team to schedule appointments and follow up with patients.
- Help with digital submissions, 3D treatment planning, and virtual monitoring patients’ treatments.
Requirements:
- Certified in Dental Assisting and would be open to taking the Ortho module in the future.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and have a growth mindset.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing outstanding patient care.

- Willingness to help with creating content for office’s social media
- Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset.
