SUMMARY OF POSITION: *
The purpose of this position is to lead direct selling business setting up and to provide guidance on daily operation.Through direct work with the CEO, this role will ensure that direct selling business foundation, which mainly includes legal process, registration process, compensation plan, product and logistic process, is consolidated.
Ensure the starter kit for direct selling business is complete.
Monitoring, identifying and mitigating risk during operation.
Developing and implementing facility market plan based on market conditions, facility mission and financial/budget objective.
Conduct periodic market research studies to assist in developing marketing plans and strategies.
Ensure distributors and customers are serviced appropriately to meet their expectations.
Partner and support sales rep selling and network building activities.
Ensure all transactions are handled properly through the computer operating system.
Evaluating business performance and initiated solutions independently.
Lead and coordinate the corporation between company and 3rd party service providers.
Design the reasonable team structure and assist HR to recruit.
QUALIFICATIONS: *
8-15 years experience in operation or management roles in the direct selling industry.
Familiar with direct selling legislation, process and market.
Ability to work all scheduled hours as needed is required.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
Strong interpersonal, customer relations and problem-solving skills and the proven ability to effectively organize tasks and manage time.
Ability to coach and direct teams.
Excellent communication in English. Mandarine speaking and writing is a bonus.
Extracurricular activities involving leadership responsibilities.
Strong skill at office software.
New business setting up experience is a bonus.
