Primary Purpose:
The Communication Coordinator will focus on delivering clear and concise internal and external communications. The Communication Coordinator will assist in creating and editing marketing material business-related letters/emails and assist with other communications within the company and between partners as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or English (Literature) and one-year previous experience in marketing/communication, translation, writing, etc. Master is preferred
Excellent knowledge of partner relationship management and event promotion
Excellent knowledge of communication and marketing strategies
Excellent oral, written communication and proofreading skills in both Mandarin and English
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to complete work in a timely manner with accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to adjust writing style for the audience of a particular communication
Specific Responsibilities:
Assist with CEO, CFO and other departments to maintain good communication with business partners
Attend meetings and take meeting notes
Mandarin-English Bilingual translation task
Create content for promotion materials, posters, website, etc
Other related duties as assigned to support the business objectives
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $38,400.00-$40,800.00 per year
