We are looking for an enthusiastic Communications Coordinator to support the implementation of our user acquisition strategies. The successful candidate will be skilled at execution and collaboration with our global and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Media Planning and Buying
Maximize online exposures by expanding marketing coverage to new channels and platforms.
Negotiate and purchase audience-targeted time and advertising space to promote our brands and events.
Negotiate price and placement for each marketing campaign.
Evaluate and report on the performance and effectiveness of each responsible channel.
B2B Marketing Communication
Establish strategic partnerships with organizations, business media outlets.
Develop and execute joint marketing plans with partners that integrate online, offline and social media activities to maximize marketing effectiveness.
Act as the lead marketing contact for strategic partners to build and execute joint marketing plans and programs.
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of each program.
Influencer and Affiliate Marketing
Reach out to influencers and negotiate collaboration terms.
Responsible for the completion of sponsored content.
Internal & External Communications
Support the procurement process of marketing products.
Coordinate photoshoot sessions with agencies.
Communicate local tasks with each marketing representative from regional teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ professional working experience in a marketing or related position.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and can work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Bonus points:
Experience in the Internet industry
Experience with graphic design
Experience with Chinese social media marketing
