OpenRoad Auto Group is currently seeking to expand our team with a Part-time Concierge at Portfolio by OpenRoad.

Your contribution:
Coordinate and facilitate flips, deliveries, travel times, inventory, and maintenance of vehicles in Portfolios physical inventory and software.
Be an expert of the models and brands in our fleet to ensuring each customer is confident with their latest vehicle.
Deliver incredible service to OpenRoad Portfolio members
Proactively seek to solve problems by troubleshooting the issue, & make suggestions that can improve our procedures, services and technology
Answer member questions related to: the subscription service’s policies; subscription fleet; in-vehicle technology; and mobile app.
Work closely alongside a team-lead, and management to improve service offering.
What it takes to be part of our dynamic team:
Minimum of 2 years work experience in hospitality, retail, automotive, or business.
A Degree or Diploma in Business Management
Possesses a valid British Columbia Driver’s License and be able to present a current copy of their Abstract (ICBC driver’s record) for review.
Customer focused attitude
Ability to be versatile in working with changing priorities and multitasking
Excellent communication skills- must be able to effective communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Driven, responsible, and engaging.
Organized, adaptable, and able to handle fast-paced operations
Experience with Excel, Google Drive, and iOS or Android apps
Assets to have spoken and written skills in Mandarin or Cantonese.
Willingness to learn and become an expert of the models and brands offered in Portfolio’s fleet.
