Able to basic communication in all or one of following languages: official Cad bilingual En/Fr, also preferably Ro&Es (favouring hispanic & romanian ethnic minorities which as equitable as other Cad corporations even gov like ICBC, WorksafeBC, with practices favouring other unofficial ethnic minorities like chinese, indian, etc.)
SARS-COV2 Health (non-safety) Non-Vaccination Policy
To support environment, by reducing waste from unfit for purpose surgical and improvised masks, mediocre effectiveness (infection, transmission) experimental vaccines, as well as health (as WSB is for safety) of our employees, customers, all our employees will be prefarably naturally immunized instead of artificially syntethic sarscov2 virus, in compliance with the employer’s COVID-19 Health (non-safety) Vaccination Policy. This counterbalancing policy is as ethical as the contrary employment policies of many Canada government and private corporations blatantly and persistently discriminating against otherwise competent employees/candidates that legitimately chose similarly effective natural immunization vs artificial medication immunization against SARS-COV2. Accommodations may be applicable under the BC and Canada Human Rights Code, (as much as it matters anymore considering its blatant violations against most basic personal liberty of choosing medical treatments with complicit tacit support from Human Rights agencies, tribunals and courts).
