Job description:
- Carry out customer service function by interacting with distributors on matters concerning order, product information, policies (if applicable) or enquiries that distributors wish to find out about via phone, email or write in.
- Perform invoice processing and ensure the invoices reach the distributors promptly within the working time frame.
- Process all documentation that supports incoming order, statement, outgoing documents are properly tracked, kept and maintained.
- Provides administrative support including maintain customer database.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned as and when necessary.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least high school
- Possess 1 year with working experience in Customer Service, Cashiering & Inventory Management
- Computer literate
- Positive attitude and enthusiastic
- Organized and good planner
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Self-motivated
- Multi Tasking
