BC Floor Plans has been a leading edge provider of real estate marketing services since 2007. Including floor plans, home staging, photography, video tours, virtual tours and printed marketing materials.
You are a high energy, highly adaptable and outgoing personality looking to be a part of the fast paced real estate environment. You love tackling new challenges while providing the best in client support. You’re excellent with answering telephones & emails in a professional manner. Completing floor plans using windows based software is something that intrigues you as you have a great eye for details and layout (don’t worry we’ll teach you on any software you don’t know). You love to tackle marketing initiatives through detailed admin support and collaborative creative idea sharing towards future objectives and social media communication. You are results driven and self directed but would also describe yourself as a team player. You have a strong ability to communicate clearly on all tasks and given expectations, particularly in the case of short deadlines. You hate to be late, are hard working, a quick learner and have stellar communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Book appointments and answer inquiries received by phone and email using our proprietary booking software.
- Finalize floor plans using windows based software and AutoCAD (we’ll teach you)
- Invoice clients (QuickBooks).
- Work on client print materials (InDesign)
- Operate Xerox print press to create print materials
- General office duties
Qualifications and Skills
At BC Floor Plans we believe in hiring hard working dedicated individuals with personalities that fit with our company culture. We are willing to train the right person in areas that they may not have experience. With that in mind, here are a list of skills and qualifications that we are looking for.
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma or similar level experience related to administration, graphic design, journalism or marketing
- Detailed eye in proofing and editing documents
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience with Adobe suite of graphic design software (Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom)
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Calm presence under pressure and able to work under tight deadlines
- Mandarin speaking would be an asset, but not required
