For this position, we are offering the option to work from home from the day you are hired. QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent Mandarin or Cantonese communication skills (knowledge of both languages is a plus)
• English language is an asset but not required
• Customer-focused, positive attitude and good listening skills
• Courtesy, patience and energy are important qualifications for this position
• Ability to work in a computer environment (basic knowledge of Windows and Internet browsing)
• Ability to do many tasks simultaneously
• Punctuality and respect for work schedules
