Duties
- Assist customers in downloading the app and all issues regarding the usage of the app
- Answer customers’ enquires in person, over the phone or via email or wechat
- Make phone calls to customers for feedback
- Maintain customer groups in wechat
- Handle concerns, complaints, or other issue
- Help promote continued customer interest in the company’s products or services
- Help ensure customer satisfaction
- Other duties assigned by COO
Requirements
- 2-3 years customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Good computer and telephone skills
- Must be fluent in Mandarin, personable, flexible, and able to work independently or part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
