JOB OVERVIEW
The Customer Service Representative will work for the COVID-19 vaccination support program. The CSRs receive calls from people from different demographics and help provide support coordinating vaccination. All calls will be inbound.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take inbound calls: approximately 75+/day.
- Work remotely with technology provided.
- Listen carefully and understand customer requests and inquiries, in a high-volume inbound call centre environment.
- Leverage a knowledge base and informational materials to offer guidance to callers and provide them with accurate information.
- Escalate concerns/questions as needed.
- Represent the organization professionally to callers.
- Work diligently and properly with confidential information.
- The initial duration of the contract is 90 days. With possibility to extend. Skills:

MUST HAVES
- Previous Customer Service experience (can be from office or retail setting).
- Ability to Fluently speak, read and write English.
- High computer proficiency.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Unlimited high speed internet with access to internet cable (the desktop needs to be plugged in and doesn’t have Wifi). Good cellphone reception (candidates will be provided with a cellphone to make calls).
- Respect of confidentiality – work diligently with confidential information.
- Open availability
- Able to use own smart phone (will be required to download a free app).
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in a customer service role in a call-centre environment.
- Proficiency with the use of CRMs.
- Ability to speak Cantonese, Punjabi or Mandarin. Experience Level:
