The Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of onboarding and implementations for all accounts you are
- assigned to; work with district/school personnel and Customer Success Managers.
- (for larger accounts) to define project priorities in order to ensure onboarding and launch success.
- Canada project tracking tools and processes for consistency and efficiency of operations and communications.
- Proactively identify risks and alert stakeholders of launch readiness blockers encountered during onboarding and/or post launch activities.
- Serve as the VISPARK primary point of contact for smaller accounts, and collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers for larger accounts to drive a positive experience for customers.
- For smaller customers, own account success and retention; support and solve customers’ issues and proactively identify and engage ‘at risk’ accounts.
- Coordinate the involvement of other company partners as needed, including sales, professional learning, product management, operations, and other resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in a Customer Service focused role.
- Demonstrated communication and presentation skills (for both internal and customer-facing meetings) .
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Salesforce and Google Suite experience a plus.
