Our team is looking to add a superstar Customer Service Specialist, passionate about giving customers the best experience possible.

Who You Are:
Our ideal candidate is somebody who is passionate about helping businesses and is immersed in understanding people. We’re looking for somebody with impressive people skills. It’s important that the person has a pulse on what customers need, and can foster deep relationships with clients while pushing our business forward.
What You’ll Do:
- Champion opportunities to consistently improve Paytek’s customer experience
- Manage processes, systems and tasks related to the customer lifecycle, including ticket management and increasing customer lifetime value
- Regularly measure, analyze and report on analytics related to customer service KPIs
- Drive customer retention, reduce churn and increase customer satisfaction
- Acquire new customers and cross- and up-sell to existing clients
- Maintain and develop partner relationships, including effectively working with stakeholders to gain an understanding of each channel and champion projects to improve and unify the customer experience
The Skills You’ll Need:
- Ability to think critically, troubleshoot proactively and solve complex problems
- Quick and persuasive thinker
- Loves learning about new technology and software
- Excels in a Data-Driven environment
- Excellent People Skills
- Experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot
- Familiar with Google Suite and data management softwares
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2 years) working in a fast-paced customer-centric organization
- 1+ years sales experience is an asset
- Experience in payments, point of sale, SaaS industry is an asset
- Bilingual Candidates will be given preference (English + French and/or Mandarin/Cantonese)
