Seeking Experienced Dental Receptionist
Looking for an experienced dental receptionist to join our team! We are a family-oriented Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry practice with two offices. Excellent opportunity for growth and promotion and a life-long career.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Greeting patients and their family members with a smile
Scheduling patient appointments and making reminder calls
Collecting payment, submitting and tracking insurance billing claims
Maintaining organized records
Communicating clearly with patients via all methods (in-person, phone, email)
Assisting in office supply inventory stocking and ordering
Qualifications – ideal candidates should:
Have at least 1 year experience as a Dental Receptionist (and completion of a Dental Receptionist course certificate preferred)
Know dental software such as ClearDent and Dolphin
Enjoy working with children and adults of all ages
Be flexible with schedule and duties, including working on Mondays
Have a positive attitude, be a team player, and work hard
Foreign language proficiency preferred (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Punjabi, etc.)
