Responsibilities: *
Provides day to day management, program administration and operation for all Education Programs
Participates in program planning and manages the implementation of new and/or redesigned programs.
Acts as a department liaison between the Education department and others including but not limited to the Executive team, Sales & Marketing and HR
Qualifications: *
Masters degree in Business Administration or a related discipline and at least 10 years experience in the educational sector in program/project management, financial administration, staff supervision, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
A thorough understanding of the current B.C. Curriculum with a minimum of 5 years experience directly working in the system
Good knowledge of data analysis, methods of data analysis, reporting of results, implications and recommendations
Excellent planning and team management
Excellent financial administration, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Mandarin proficiency is an asset.
