Full Job Description
1. Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement short and long-term marketing strategies to meet sales team goals and annual sales targets
- Planning, developing, and directing multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive sales.
- Promotion plan, big Event plan, new product launch, clearance plan for USA and Canada market.
- Overseeing social media accounts and websites to engage existing customers and establish positive public relations.
- Implement search engine optimization (SEO) in Online media
- Researching trends, new marketing opportunities, and brainstorming ideas.
- Coordinating and producing financial documents for advertising campaigns, such as budgets, estimate and contracts.
- Communicating and negotiating with Ad agencies, employees, marketing staff, editors and writes.
- Addressing problems and troubleshooting campaigns
- Analyzing customer feedback and campaign performance
2. Routine Duties and Responsibilities
· Bi-weekly Sales remain analysis to review the current stocks with proper actions.
· Bi- weekly Sales mission arrangement to major customers for USA and CA to provide guideline for sales.
· Overseas local purchase and product development
· Overseas supply chain, logistic and re-buy for both USA and CA
· Overseas E-commerce Team
3. Required Qualifications
· 5-10 years experiences in similar roles and in food or logistics industry.
· Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking
· Great attitude with a positive mindset.
· Leadership skills with logical & critical thinking
· Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong research, organizational, and time management skills.
· Highly motivated and results-oriented team player.
· Think Out of the box
