Full Job Description
In order to meet our growing student demand, we are urgently looking for a drum set teacher to join our team. Our ideal candidate is not only skilled, but also passionate about education, capable of inspiring creativity and passion in students.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality drum set courses, teaching according to the students’ learning progress and individuality
- Provide one-on-one guidance to students and organize group courses and exercises
- Guide students in preparing for concerts and other public performances
- Coordinate with parents and other teachers to ensure student progress
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of drum set teaching experience
- A deep understanding and love for various music styles
- Good interpersonal communication skills, fluent in English and/or Mandarin
- Must be passionate about music education and willing to actively participate in our team
