Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused E-commerce Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience, optimizing our e-commerce stores and Shopify website, and providing data-driven insights through reporting and statistical analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee/Support daily e-commerce operations, including listing update, picture management, and shipping coordination.
• Monitor e-commerce performance and conduct regular site audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary updates.
• Provide outstanding customer service, promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and handling returns and exchanges.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Generate data reports and conduct statistical analysis to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the internal team to optimize the Shopify website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online shopping experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and design, to support overall business goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma
• 1-5 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on operations and customer service.
• Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce best practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant e-commerce tools.
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in speaking Chinese Mandarin is considered a valuable asset for this role.
• Experience with photo and video editing is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
