The Enrolment Services department is responsible for providing ongoing support to clients and team members, as well as other departmental staff. This includes supporting the onboarding of new clients, processing enrolment, fulfillment, cancellation requests, and ensuring that records are always up to date and well organized. The Enrolment Coordinator will represent the Enrolment Services department with professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Data entry and Excel spreadsheet maintenance.
- Maintaining and monitoring database. (enrolment spreadsheets & Master Lists)
- Maintaining and updating inventory, including hard copy and electronic materials.
- Ongoing correspondence with clients such as schools, school board representatives, students, and agents – per product and type of request.
- Processing policy requests including enrolments, cancellations, modifications, and fulfillments.
- Ongoing assistance and correspondence with other departments regarding smooth workflow.
- Ongoing utilization of new products, procedure, and software implementation; understanding the workflow of other departments in order to develop new procedures that work well with other departments and with clients.
- Miscellaneous administrative duties including preparing documents for mailing, organizing couriers, and filing.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office with an emphasis on Excel.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
- Detail oriented and committed to producing a high quality of work.
