Full Job Description
Our company is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive/Personal Assistant to provide support to our CEO. As the right-hand to the CEO, the ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative and organizational tasks that will help to keep the office running smoothly.
What you’ll do
50% of the role will be supporting CEO personal affairs.
- Managing the CEO’s schedule and coordinating appointments and meetings
- Handling phone calls and emails on behalf of the CEO and responding to inquiries as appropriate.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Performing administrative tasks such as preparing reports, taking minutes, and managing files
- Conducting research and gathering information as needed
- Assisting with personal tasks and projects as needed.
50% of the role will be working at office administer.
- Overseeing office procedures and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinating meetings and managing schedules
- Maintaining accurate records and files, both electronically and in hard copy
- Preparing reports, memos, and other documents
- Managing office supplies and ordering inventory as needed
- Assisting with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Chinese and English
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role, supporting high-level executives
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools
- BC drivers’ license required

Salary: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
