Responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to research and analyze new markets, including assessing market size, competitors, and business opportunities.
• Publish advertisements and maintain advertisement content. Effective communication and collaboration skills with government agencies and regulatory bodies to handle the company’s registration and related licenses in the new city.
• Capable of designing and implementing comprehensive employee training programs to integrate new employees into the company culture and enable them to perform their job responsibilities effectively.
• Possesses the skills to guide and mentor new employees, providing ongoing career development plans.
• Familiarity with local laws, taxation, and business regulations, with the ability to handle legal documents and compliance matters.
• Understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting and financial analysis.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• 1 year experience in market expansion or operations.
• Ability to structure and implement a high level of process thinking within the area of responsibility.
• A well-defined sense of communication, including conflict resolution, and people management skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team to achieve and exceed their goals.
