As Fine Wine Ambassador, you will be responsible for increasing awareness and growing market share of Breakthru’s Apex Prestige Wine Portfolio in British Columbia.

Reports To: Director, Apex Portfolio
Location: Vancouver, BC
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships in the on-premise: F&B Directors and Managers, Business Owners and Sommeliers
- Increase in-account brand visibility
- Host a range of events and experiences for customers including on-premise, retail, corporate and consumer
- Collaborate with key accounts to develop customized programs that drive consumer education and sales volume
- Educate the retail trade to drive distribution, improve visibility and increase sales
- Use networking and influencing abilities to target influencers and increase brand advocates
- Develop luxury B2B relationships that result in incremental volume and Ultra High Net Worth Individual recruitment
- Collaborate with key Apex portfolio stakeholders to create best in class consumer experiences for the Apex Prestige Wine Portfolio to drive brand awareness and incremental volumes
- Execute educational outreach to partner agencies and partner luxury brands
- Provide feedback regarding brand positioning, competitive activities and market trends
- Provide input regarding future marketing plan development
Qualifications:
- Min 5 years sales experience in the Wine Industry
- WSET Level 3, Diploma is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Excellent presentation skills – confident public speaker
- Customer oriented and results motivated
- Ability to speak Mandarin an asset
- Passion for and deep knowledge in fine wine
- Ability to organize luxury high profile events
- High level of attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial and business minded
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to manage budgets and provide timely, concise reporting
- Able to work independently
- Collaborative, able to work effectively with sales and marketing colleagues
- Flexible work schedule
