Approach Climbing is seeking reliable and passionate individuals to join our desk staff team at our new bouldering gym. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain facility cleanliness, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for our climbing community.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, process memberships and payments
- Do climber orientations with new customers
- Learn and operate Approach Gym Management software
- Maintain gym cleanliness and organization
- Monitor climbing areas for safety concerns
- Provide basic climbing and company information to new visitors
- Assist with community events and programs
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency / ability to learn gym-specific software
Appreciated (Not Required) Qualifications
- Previous customer support experience
- Experience working in a climbing gym
- Knowledge of climbing and bouldering
- Chinese speaking proficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 40 per week
