The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for several tasks relating to daily operations of a fitness studio, including answering phones, scheduling clients, taking payment, selling training packages, reviewing files, etc. Do you have a passion for customer service and administration? Role: Front Desk Supervisor (Reception) at Personal Training Studio
Looking for someone with the following:
– Experience in a customer service position
– Strong administration skills
– Strong time management skills
– Strong multi-tasking ability
– Strong attention to detail
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs — specifically Word and Excel
– Fluent and strong command of the English language
**Individual must be able to perform opening/closing duties (work morning or evening shift).**
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
– Perform customer service and administrative tasks such as answering telephones, taking payments, scheduling clients/patients and completing sales
– Complete studio checks to ensure change rooms and training floor are well stocked and clean
– Provide studio tours to prospective clients and sell training packages
– Complete file checks (ensure up-to-date client information)
– Assist management in administrative tasks
The following are assets:
– Sales experience
– Interest in health and fitness
– Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese
Times + Compensation:
– Part-time (studio open Monday to Saturday) – likely looking for someone Thursday to Saturday
– Competitive compensation, sales bonuses, etc.
