Reporting to the COO, this person will fill a variety of roles from communicating directly with external & internal teams during product development, to creating and managing weekly sales reports and ensuring consistent inventory levels across our product lineup. We’re looking for a driven individual who has a passion for technology, ecommerce, and digital marketing.
Duties:
Set attainable budget & time goals for new products and projects
Work with design & engineering teams to coordinate production with existing suppliers and trial new suppliers
Create weekly runrate reports and schedule restock orders according to inventory standards & sales projections
Optimize & grow sales channels through lttstore.com, Amazon, and other retail partners
Coordinate with overall merchandise team to turn ideas & concepts into finished goods
Coordinate with suppliers to bring products to mass market
Maintain bill of materials for all goods and ensure commercial viability
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a significant understanding of Excel functions & automation
Retail/ecommerce product management experience or similar
Ability to adhere to strict timelines and delivery deadlines to meet quarterly release schedule
Experience communicating with overseas suppliers
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at different stages on the go without micromanagement
Ability to communicate well with co-workers and clients
Must be motivated, able to work independently, and hard-working
Professional communication skills, both written and spoken, are a MUST
Ability to take constructive criticism and excel with it
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is seen as a benefit for this position.
