Qualification
Self motivated and inter-personal skill with customers and other staff
Proficient in computer skills (eg. Microsoft office etc)
Experience in customer services
Language: Fluent in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
General Insurance License preferred (level 1 minimum)-will provide training
Responsibility
Customer Service Rep
1. Will manage a book of assigned customer business
2. Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns
3. Provide information about products and services
4. Take and process transactions for autoplan and home owners, determine charges, and oversee billing or payments
5. Review or make changes to customer accounts
6. Handle returns or complaints
7. Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
8. Take initiative to gain additional customers
The position requires work on Saturdays.

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff and customers are required to wear masks once they enter our office. Staff are required to sanitize their work areas on arrival and departure. Plexi glass installed between each work station and customer seats. Staff practise social distancing

- Secondary School (required)
