Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, helping them locate items in the appropriate aisles or shelves.
- Stock products on shelves, build, and maintain merchandise displays, ensuring shelves are consistently replenished.
- Prepare store displays and ensure products are accurately labeled and placed in the correct areas.
- Notify the manager and place orders for out-of-stock products as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in retail areas and workspaces.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Flexibility to work day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and handle up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Vietnamese, Filipino, Chinese) is a plus, given our diverse customer base.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.40 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
