As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you are enthusiastic, organized and have a passion for getting things done in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role is crucial as you will be one of the first points of contact with our clients, so we need you to be just as committed as we are to going above and beyond to provide the best experience for our clients with every visit.
What you will be doing:
– Provide all clients with the best experience possible
– Answer questions about our services when requested and help orient clients to the process upon arrival
– Manage client appointments
– Maintain COVID-19 protocols to keep clients and team members safe
– Ensure the continuous cleaning and sanitization of common areas
– Manage inventory and replenish when necessary
– Provide post visit follow up with clients when required
– Other duties as required
Who you are:
– You are resourceful and are highly adaptable to a dynamic environment
– You are fluent in English and Mandarin
– You enjoy working as part of a team
– You have strong organizational skills and time management abilities
– You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
– You have previous experience in the health care industry
– For this role, an OFAIII certificate is an asset
