Job Description
Design and develop CAE and EDA simulation tool architecture, and promote the continuous release of new products or versions. Work on at least one of the following CAE simulation areas: structural stress field, fluid thermal field, electromagnetic field, and optical field; simulation analysis of EDA simulation products on SI, PI, EMC, EMI, and time sequence of schematic diagrams, circuit boards, and chips.
Research related algorithms in the electromagnetic or EDA simulation field, develop electromagnetic simulation tools and electromagnetic solvers, and develop EDA simulation tools.
Take the lead in defining, developing, maintaining, and expanding necessary board-level hardware simulation tools, software, or plug-ins, and implement interconnection and data circulation between back-end hardware tools/software.
Track industry trends, carry out technical cooperation with external parties, and be responsible for the technological advancement of back-end simulation products of the hardware tool chain.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in CAE and EDA simulation tool development and technical support, and have developed at least one CAE or EDA simulation tool.
Proficient in common algorithms in the electromagnetic and EDA simulation fields, with a proper understanding of cutting-edge electromagnetic simulation and EDA simulation theories and technologies.
Proficient in the development and testing of CAE or EDA simulation tools, and experienced in tool planning and development, including schematic diagram simulation, PCB simulation, and electromagnetic field simulation.
Candidates who are in charge of the design and R&D of electromagnetic or EDA simulation tools that have been put into (commercial) use are preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, software engineering, electronics, microelectronics, communications, automation, or relevant majors.
Bachelor’s degree with more than 10 years’ work experience (this requirement is flexible for candidates with a PhD) in CAE and EDA, focusing on the development, testing, or technical support of EDA back-end products.
Profound theoretical and professional knowledge of electronic circuits or electromagnetic fields, and skills in CAE or EDA simulation tool software development.
Acquired basic knowledge and skills in software engineering.
