Company Overview

Timecash is the world’s first “Virtual + Reality” ecosystem digital asset exchange, adhering to the concept of security, stability, and intimacy, is committed to being the most trustworthy digital asset integrated service platform for users.

Responsibilities:

  • Support HR functions including attendance control, leave management, payroll administration, support on recruitment & selection, employee engagement etc.
  • Responsible for office administration including purchase and management of office supplies, receptionist, handle incoming telephone calls, mailing, courier arrangement, asset management, office equipment maintenance, etc.
  • Manage personnel information database and maintain registration systems, records and files.
  • Arrange for advertising and posting of job vacancies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above. Fresh graduates welcomed.
  • Candidates with experiences or insights in blockchain/cryptocurrency will be a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Intuitive with a positive attitude and proactive work practices.
  • Mature, well-organized and an excellent team player.
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12-24 months

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
