We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as Human Resources Administrator. This position is responsible for day-to-day human resource routine jobs, including recruiting local staff and foreign workers, onboarding, payroll and off-boarding. This position is based in Richmond, BC, and candidates must have the legal right to work in Canada. e. The main duties that will be required of the applicant are:
· Responsible for managing the end-to-end HR processes and providing comprehensive support to HR management, including local and foreign recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and offboarding.
· Knowledge of LMIA and work permit application process.
· Handled general administrative duties, such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and other related duties.
· Perform other related duties as assigned by Directors.
f. Qualification and Skills requirement
· Must be fluent in written and verbal English and a second language, as Mandarin will be an asset.
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
· Specific familiarity with BC employment standards and regulations
· Previous working knowledge and experience with LMIA and visa applications will be an asset.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities and the ability to prioritize work.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
