Job Title: Human Resources Manager
On the behalf of our client, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join the team. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, supporting, and developing talents through developing policies and managing procedures. If you are passionate about human resources careers and highly efficient, you will have an opportunity to apply your passions and expertise to provide excellent assistance and support to human resources responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain the work structures by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
· Responsible for the recruiting process, counseling managers on candidate selections, and recommending changes if necessary.
· Prepare job onboards for new employees by establishing and conducting orientation programs.
· Build the payroll system including conducting periodic pay surveys a, scheduling and conducting job evaluations, preparing for the structures of payroll and compensation.
· Planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee’s performance and attendance, analyzing training needs, developing training curriculum, and delivering training curriculums.
· Responsible for employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by researching and implementing benefit needs and changes, including psychological counselling and solving count offer turnovers.
· Responsible for development and implementation of human resources policies and standards, and apply changes if necessary.
· Ability to work closely with lawyers to resolve labour disputes
· Other human resources and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Post-secondary degrees in human resources and relevant, or combinations of education and work experiences are also considered.
· Minimum of 3 years experience in similar roles and duties is required.
· Fluent in both English and Mandarin in business communications.
· Proven knowledge in full cycling operations in the human resources department.
· Previous experience in using human resource systems (BambooHR, Zoho People, etc.)
· Previous experience in E-commerce enterprise is a strong asset.
