Job description
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as an Immigration Case Manager. Please see below for more details:
Job Duties:
- Preparing immigration application forms and related documents
- Managing application deadlines and ensuring applications are filed on time
- Interviewing clients
- Communicating with clients throughout the immigration process
- Monitoring with timely responses to client inquiries
- Drafting legal submissions
- Opening new client files
- Performing data entry for immigration cases
- Communicating with immigration authorities to obtain client records
- Responding to client phone calls and emails
- Providing support to team members as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Immigration Case Manager Certification is an asset
- Knowledgeable in different immigration pathway application
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Strong English writing skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-past environment on a remote basis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, and Case Management software
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
