Job Purpose
The inside sales / Product Support role is to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. They build and manage client relationships, collect information, and ensure that company offerings meet the individual needs of clients.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Quoting products when requested by customer
- Communicating progress of quarterly, monthly, and yearly initiatives to stakeholders
- Preparing account reports as requested by clients or supervisors
- Collaborating with other teams and departments to meet client needs and create new opportunities
- Collaborating with the team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to meet customer needs and commitments
- Providing customer service to clients on all accounts
- Order intake and input
- Following up on quotes with customers
- Communicating delivery updates with customers
- Maintaining social media accounts.
- Social media – post creation and scheduling
Qualifications:
This Role is integral to the success of Brittania Food Equipment and our customers and as such this role requires a high level of communication, reporting, and organization, along with the following experience and abilities:
- Full proficiency in English
- Second language is required (Spanish or Mandarin or Vietnamese)
- Must be Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Quickbooks would be an asset
- Ability to multi-task
- Quick Learner
- Sales Experience
- Self starter
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Reporting
The inside sales / product support rep reports to the General Manager
